We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase and we also require our customer to send a video of unboxing the fastest way of verification on our end and send it to lotustoolsbybge@gmail.com

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds

Late dumating

Goods naman both yung item. Very affordable. They serve their purpose naman. Medyo matagal lang hinintay ko bago dumating. Need ko na sana sa project ko. Sa huli nanghiram pa rin ako ng tool.

Safe gamitin

Pinakagusto kong feature yung safety led nya. Di sya puputok kapag di na-press yung nasa unahan. Malalaman mo na pwede na sya mag-fire kapag umilaw na yung led light.

Simple mechanics

Ang dali gamitin kahit newbie ka lang sa DIY. I recommend to get the nailer for beginner, mas madali matatapos yung project nyo. Madali lang din i-set yung impact control knob. Di komplekado gamitin.

Walang Battery

Wala naman ako issue sa item. It works well. Very satisfying din gamitin. Wala nga lang battery at charger. Kapag new Lotus tools owner ka, kailangan mo talaga bumili battery separetely. According to my research din, hindi advisable yung 4Ah battery sa tool na ito na ito. Please consider nyo na ito bago bumili.

Nailer and stapler

Ang galing ng tool na ito. Kaya nya i-take both stapler at brad nail. Meron din kasamang limited bala na. Available naman yung mga bala sa shop nila so no problem kapag naubos.
