Needs improvement

The 20V batt battery that came with it is too small. I purchased an extra battery but still, was not adequate for the my time needed. With 2 fully charged battery I can only use it for 10 minutes. Im looking for a more powerful batt at their website but I can only find 18V batt.

Performance is not the best and would best suited for concrete and pretty flat surfaces only, a smaller nozzle adjustable tip might be able provide a more powerful air out of the blower.

What's good about it is its weight, its pretty light can be easily carried and utilized.

Customer service from this company is non existent. Not a single reply from the emails Ive sent. Beware !!!
